Karen Lynch lives in Bucks County with her family and has been an integral part of Yardley Wealth Management since February 2015. With over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, Karen brings deep expertise across client service, operations, technology, and marketing, gained through her work with other local registered investment advisory firms.

While Karen has been the Chief Operating Officer for over 5 years, she became a Principal on January 1, 2026, formally joining the firm’s ownership team. Her partnership reflects more than tenure—it recognizes her strategic insight, loyalty, and the critical role she has played in the firm’s growth and operational excellence. It is rare for a non-advisor to hold an ownership stake in an advisory firm, but Karen’s ability to understand and navigate the complexities of the industry has consistently set her apart.

As COO, Karen oversees the successful execution of the firm’s strategic goals and initiatives, working closely with the team to ensure optimal quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. She leads continuous improvement efforts across workflows and processes, with a strong focus on automation and operational clarity to enhance both team effectiveness and the client experience.

Karen is deeply involved in the client journey, from assisting with the gathering of personal financial and investment account data to coordinating onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service for advisory clients. She partners closely with the financial planning team to support thorough review, analysis, and clear communication—helping ensure a smooth, worry-free experience for clients.

In addition, Karen works closely with Mike on regulatory compliance and record keeping for the firm. She genuinely enjoys interacting with clients and coordinating across teams, and her leadership continues to play a pivotal role in delivering the high level of service Yardley Wealth Management is known for.
